Today, we are excited to announce that Crimson Renewable Energy Holdings has entered into an agreement to sell its wholly-owned subsidiaries, SeQuential Environmental Services and Pure SQ, and their related used cooking oil collection and aggregations business and assets to Neste Corporation. Additionally, Crimson will also sell its Salem, Oregon biodiesel production and UCO processing facility to Neste.
We are very pleased that our investment in the development and continued growth of our SeQuential businesses over the past 4+ years will be continued under Neste’s ownership, especially because we see that Neste is a company that has very similar values and shares in our desire and mission of making the world a better place for future generations by providing sustainable, low-carbon transportation fuels.
