Ryan oversees all human resource functions companywide–including strategic planning, continued human capital analysis, recruiting, benefits administration, 401K oversight, policy writing, wage and hour law, compliance, and safety. Ryan came to SeQuential with more than 13 years senior-level HR experience at a variety of companies including Dennis Uniform, May Company and Naito Corporation.
Ryan’s success stems from his love of collaboration, which aided in his fundamental role in helping to architect a plan that allowed for SeQuential to successfully double its employee size within one calendar year. When Ryan isn’t working he enjoys organic gardening, bee keeping, farm-to-table cooking and being outdoors.
