The IT Support Analyst serves as a resource for SeQuential employees regarding information technology and equipment. This should be accomplished by way of a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by values and objectives of the company. This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position. We are looking for candidates in the Portland, OR area or those available to work PST work hours.

What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot system access, software applications including but not limited to; browsers, common applications and internally developed applications.
  • Monitor the support queue, document issues and escalate system and application issues to high support tiers as needed. Communicate ticket status to end users.
  • Conduct formal/informal technical training regarding end user applications and acceptable practices.
  • Participate in software upgrades and deployment to gain an understanding of new functionality. Stay on top of new software features.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years professional work experience
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira

Salary: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
