Training Schedule: 6:00am to 3:00pm
Regular Schedule: 10:00am to 7:00pmĀ
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the plant and processing, including maintain the plant, property and equipment to reflect a positive professional image, as well as maintaining all fleet preventative maintenance and light mechanical work.
- Process, load and unload both raw and finished product to and from trucks, trailers and rail cars in a manner that meets plant and customer requirements.
- Maintain a “Safety First” mindset at all times. Staying current on all trainings and safety practices and reporting any unsafe conditions, acts or injuries in a timely manner.
- This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for:
- Dependable, punctual, detailed oriented and ability to work on a team.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to at least 100lbs and work at heights up to 35 feet, in confined spaces, and in adverse temperatures and weather conditions.
- Great communication skills able to understand instructions and adapt to new tasks and positions.
- Pass pre-employment drug test, physical and criminal background check.
